Former Indian cricketer and legend Sachin Tendulkar is celebrating his 51st birthday today as wishes continue to trickle in. Sachin's cricketing journey has been enormously unforgettable, inspiring millions to pursue their dream of being a cricketer. Sachin Tendulkar has turned 51 today as he is flooded with birthday wishes from high-profile figures. 

BCCI secretary Jay Shah took to social media to wish the legend on his best day.

"Happy Birthday to the legend of cricket @sachin_rt as he turns 51 today! He has inspired millions worldwide with his heroics with the bat and immaculate display of character both on and off the field. Warmest wishes to the Master Blaster!," said Shah.

Former Indian cricketers Anil Kumble, Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina, who have played alongside Tendulkar, wished the legend on his special day. 

“Thoroughly enjoyed creating and cherishing some wonderful moments with you both on and off the field. Reminiscing one such event today on your birthday. Your 35th Test century. A moment that I got a chance to capture through my lens! Wishing you a very happy birthday my dear friend,” Stated Kumble.

"Happy birthday paaji!, From smashing bowlers on the field to smashing life goals, you're the reason I learned to aim higher in life (and sometimes on the field too) Here's wishing you loads of love, good health and happiness always,” said Yuvraj.

“Happy Birthday Paji, @sachin_rt! Your legendary career has inspired millions and your grace both on and off the field continues to set the bar. Wishing you health, happiness, and a year as splendid as your cover drives! #HappyBirthdaySachin," said Raina.

Legend Sachin Tendulkar made his debut for India in 1989 against Pakistan, playing against the likes of talented Imran Khan and Wasim Akram. Overall, Sachin Tendulkar has played 664 international matches for India, having scored 34,357 runs. Sachin Tendulkar has been central in India’s triumphs at major events in international cricket. He has been honoured with many prestigious awards such as Arjuna Award, The Khel Ratna Award, Bharat Ratna, Padma Shri and Padma Vibushan. Tendulkar is also known as “Master Blaster” and “God of Cricket”.
