Pakistan roared back to level the ongoing three-match T20I series against Ireland 1-1, clinching victory by seven wickets in the second T20I on Sunday at Clontarf Cricket Club. This win not only salvaged their pride but also kept their hopes alive in the three-match series.

Mohammad Rizwan’s extraordinary innings set the tone for Pakistan’s massive win, producing (75) runs unbeaten off (46), and hitting six boundaries and four sixes, as they chased a competitive total of (193). Lower the order, a sweet innings from Fakhar Zaman, scoring (78) off (40), ensured Pakistan’s victory. With match-winning knocks, Pakistan reached the target with ease, securing the win with (19) balls to spare.

After a disappointing performance in the opening match, Pakistan made sure to remain alive in the series. Earlier, asked to bat, Ireland's Lorcan Tucker supported the team well after their openers Andrew Balbirnie (16) and Paul Stirling (11) failed to set the side off to a great start.

Tucker scored (51) off (34) to bring some respectability. Harry Tector and Gareth Delany also fired (32 and (28) respectively to take the side to a formidable score. Heading into the final game, Ireland will look to come stronger to win the series.
