LPL 2024: Dambulla Sixers eye first win as they face Jaffna Kings

In the eighth match of the ongoing Lanka Premier League, Dambulla Sixers will be clashing with Jaffna Kings on Saturday at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, Dambulla. With two victories on the bounce after a defeat in their opening game, Jaffna Kings are flying high on momentum, topping the points table. In-form Kings enter the eighth game with the victories against Galle Marvels and Dambulla Sixers. With the availability of Rilee Rossouw, Kusal Mendis and Pathum Nissanka, Jaffna Kings are a formidable team.
On the other hand, out-of-form Dambulla Sixers enter the game on the back of two consecutive defeats in their last two games. Going into this match, it will be crucial for all of Sixers’ experienced players to fire on all cylinders to bring the team back into the tournament.
