Marking a remarkable comeback after suffering defeats in both the ODI series and the one-off Test match, South Africa Women are gearing up to face off against India Women in the third and final T20I, to be held on Tuesday at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. This is a must-win game for both teams, after second game was washed out due to rain.

South Africa currently lead the series 1-0, after thrashing India by 12 runs in the first game. This match has everything for both teams as it offers a chance for South Africa to clinch the series but also gives an opportunity for India to bounce back and level the series.

South Africa's resurgence in the T20I series has been nothing short of impressive. After a challenging ODI series and a one-off Test match where they struggled to find form, they have managed to turn things around. Their performance in the first T20I showcased their resilience and determination.

India, on the other hand, will be looking to ameliorate their performance and come back stronger. Key players such as Smriti Mandhana, Harmanpreet Kaur, and Shafali Verma will need to step up and deliver impactful performances to help India level the series.

India's bowling attack, featuring the likes of Radha Yadav, Pooja Vastrakar and Renuka Singh will need to find ways to counter the aggressive South African batters as it is a do or die battle for India.

IND-W probable XI: Shafali Verma, Smriti Mandhana, Jemimah Rodrigues, Harmanpreet Kaur (c), Deepti Sharma, Uma Chetry (wk), S Sajana, Pooja Vastrakar, Shreyanka Patil, Arundhati Reddy, Radha Yadav

SA-W probable XI: Laura Wolvaardt (c), Tazmin Brits, Marizanne Kapp, Chloe Tryon, Nadine de Klerk, Anneke Bosch, Annerie Dercksen, Eliz-mari Marx, Sinalo Jafta (wk), Ayabonga Khaka, Nonkululeko Mlaba
