Sri Lanka name squad for New Zealand ODIs, T20Is

Sri Lanka Women have announced a 16-member squad for their upcoming tour of New Zealand, scheduled from February to March 2025. The tour includes three ODIs and three T20I matches against New Zealand Women. 

Sri Lanka have included Manudi Nanayakkara and Rashmika Sewwandi, both of whom featured in the U-19 World Cup earlier this year. They, meanwhile, have left out Inoka Ranaweera and Ama Kanchana. The team will be led by Chamari Athapaththu. 

Sri Lanka Women squad: Chamari Athapaththu (c), Harshitha Samarawickrama, Vishmi Gunaratne, Nilakshika Silva, Kavisha Dilhari, Anushka Sanjeewani, Manudi Nanayakkara, Imesha Dulani, Achini Kulasuriya, Udeshika Prabodhani, Sachini Nisansala, Kaushini Nuthyangana, Inoshi Priyadarshini, Sugandika Kumari, Rashmika Sewwandi, Chethana Vimukthi

ODI series:

4th March 2025: 1st ODI at McLean Park, Napier

7th March 2025: 2nd ODI at Saxton Oval, Nelson

9th March 2025: 3rd ODI at Saxton Oval, Nelson

T20I Series:

14th March 2025: 1st T20I at Hagley Oval, Christchurch

16th March 2025: 2nd T20I at Hagley Oval, Christchurch

18th March 2025: 3rd T20I at University Oval, Dunedin
