Bangladesh and New Zealand are preparing to face off in the 6th match of the ongoing Champions Trophy, scheduled to be played on Monday at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi. Both teams are coming into this encounter with contrasting results in their previous matches.

New Zealand are coming off a morale-boosting win in their last encounter, beating Pakistan by 60 runs. while Bangladesh will look to bounce back from a defeat, which they suffered against India in their last match, making this contest all the more interesting.

The Black Caps are riding high on confidence after their recent victory in the tournament opener against Pakistan. They were exceptional throughout the game, demonstrating their performance across all departments. Players like Kane Williamson, Glenn Phillips and Devon Conway, will once again be expected to lead the side’s batting attack.

Their bowling department, led by the experienced Will O’Rourke, Matt Henry and Mitchell Santner has been clinical in keeping the opposition in check.

On the other hand, Bangladesh will be eager to recover from their defeat in the last game. The Tigers have proven themselves to be a strong team in recent years, and would eye a big comeback. Although they came out on the wrong side of the result last time, the loss will likely serve as a motivating factor for Bangladesh to turn things around.
