In a remarkable display of searing performance, UAE women's team achieved a commanding 163-run victory over Qatar women in a Women's T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier on Saturday at Terdthai Cricket Ground. Opting to bat first, UAE set an unprecedented record by retiring all 10 of their batters after scoring 192 runs in just 16 overs.

And it was the first time in a men's or women's T20 game that a team dismissed itself by retiring out all 10 batters.

Defending the total, UAE dismantled Qatar’s batting lineup, bowling them out for a mere 29 runs in 11.1 overs. Rizpha Bano Emmanue top-scored for Qatar with 20 off 29 balls.
