Sunrisers Hyderabad ended their campaign on a high with a resounding 110-run victory over Kolkata Knight Riders in a dead rubber encounter on Sunday in Delhi. With both teams already out of contention for the playoffs, pride was the only thing at stake, but Heinrich Klaasen made sure SRH bowed out in style.

Klassen produced a stunning unbeaten 105 off 39 balls, dismantling KKR’s bowling attack with a display of sheer power. He smashed the fastest century of IPL 2025. Klaasen was aided by Travis Head, who blazed a crucial 76, as the duo powered SRH to a mammoth 278/3 in 20 overs.

Chasing the total, KKR never looked in the contest. Their chase faltered almost immediately as the top order crumbled under mounting pressure. They lost wickets in quick succession, and despite a valiant 37 from Manish Pandey, KKR were bowled out for 168 in 18.4 overs.
