Rassie van der Dussen to lead South Africa in T20I Tri Series in Zimbabwe

South Africa have named a 14-member squad for the upcoming T20I tri-series featuring Zimbabwe and New Zealand. The series, which will be hosted by Zimbabwe, is scheduled to be played from July 14 to 26. The Proteas will be led by Rassie van der Dussen, who carries a wealth of experience having represented South Africa in 50 T20I games.
South Africa have handed maiden call-ups to Lhuan-dré Pretorius, Corbin Bosch, Rubin Hermann and Senuran Muthusamy. Moreover, the series will also mark the return of Nandre Burger, Gerald Coetzee and Dewald Brevis, who were on the sidelines due to their respective injuries.
The series, meanwhile, will be crucial for South Africa in their preparation for the T20I World Cup 2026. All matches of the series will be played in Harare.
