The UAE T20I tri-series is heating up as Pakistan and UAE prepare to face off in the second match of the series on Saturday at Sharjah Cricket Stadium. After a boisterous start with a commanding 39-run victory over Afghanistan in the opening encounter, Pakistan will look to maintain their winning momentum. Meanwhile, hosts UAE will aim to kick off their campaign with a strong performance.

Pakistan’s opening game against Afghanistan showcased a well-rounded performance from both bat and ball. Batting first, they posted a competitive total of 182/7, with Agha Salman playing a pivotal role, scoring a much-needed 53. On the bowling front, Haris Rauf stole the spotlight with a fiery spell, claiming four wickets and disrupting Afghanistan's chase. UAE, on the other hand, who step into their first match of the tri-series, will aim to make an immediate impact. Playing on home soil, they have the advantage of familiarity with conditions.
