Oval Invincibles vs Manchester Originals Final: Oval Invincibles clinch the The hundred Men’s 2023 title with the 14-run win

Oval Invincibles thrashed Manchester Originals in the final of the recently concluded The Hundred Men’s 2023 tournament. The potential knocks from James Neesham and Tom Curran propelled Oval Invinciles to a 14-run victory in the final of The Hundred Men’s competition. Put into bat, Oval Invincibles lost their top-order batter quite early like a pack of cards but Neesham and Tom Curran smashed (57) and (67) respectively to push the side to a total of (161/5) after 100 balls.
Chasing the target, Manchester Originals’ skipper Josh Buttler fell prey to D Briggs as he could only score (11) runs. Phil Salt, Max Holden were the top run-getter for the team with their scores of (25) and (37) respectively but that wasn’t enough for Manchester Originals to chase down that total. Jamie Overton (28) and tom Hartley (16) down the order tried their best but they failed to make it through, as a result, they suffered 14-run defeat.
