IPL 2024, CSK vs DC: DC eye their first win as CSK remain resolved

The 13th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League will be witnessing a thrilling encounter as Chennai Super Kings lock horns with Delhi Capitals on Sunday Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam. Both teams enter the match on the back of contrasting fortunes as CSK have had two consecutive wins, while DC have suffered two successive defeats in both their outings.
CSK, with a talented lineup, have showcased their prowess and experience in the tournament so far. They have registered two convincing victories against formidable opponents, making a strong statement early in the season. Their batting lineup, spearheaded by the likes of talented Rachin Ravindra, Ruturaj Gaikwad, and Shivam Dube, has been firing on all cylinders.
Moreover, their bowling attack is solid with robust players Deepak Chahar, Tushar Deshpande and Mustafizur Rahman. CSK continue to carry a balanced attack capable of stifling oppositions. They will eye their third consecutive victory moving into this game.
On the other hand, Delhi Capitals find themselves in a precarious position after suffering back-to-back defeats in the tournament. DC will be eager to bounce back and register their first victory of the season to gain some momentum in their campaign. Despite registering a slow start, DC would hope for a roaring comeback with a strong lineup boasting the likes of David Warner, Mitchell Marsh, Rishabh Pant, Tristan Stubbs and Axar Patel.
