News

Rajasthan Royals will lock horns with the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the 19th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League on Saturday at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. This encounter will have a lot for Royal Challengers Bengaluru to play for, having made big blunders in the last three games. With one win in their account from four games, RCB are in perils with their playoff chances at risk.

Despite sporting a star-studded lineup featuring Glenn Maxwell, Cameron Green and Faf du Plessis, RCB have struggled to find consistency. Their batting has been in shambles, giving the opposition opportunities to capitalise on their faltered batting. With three defeats in their last four matches and only one win to their name, the Challengers are facing an uphill battle to regain momentum.

Rajasthan Royals, on the other hand, led by Sanju Samson, have been in impressive form, topping the table with three victories from their three games. They have clinched victories in three consecutive matches, showcasing their prowess and outplaying their opponents in all departments of the game.

With the likes of Sanju Samson, Jos Buttler, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Riyan Parag leading the charge, Rajasthan Royals have displayed resilience and determination. Their recent winning streak has bolstered their confidence as they look to carry on with the same momentum.

Head to Head: Rajasthan Royals carry an edge over RCB with 15 victories against RCB having 12 from 30 games as three matches produced no results.

Rajasthan Royals Probable XI: Yashasvi Jaiswal, Jos Buttler, Sanju Samson (c&wk), Riyan Parag, Dhruv Jurel, Shimron Hetmyer, Ravichandran Ashwin, Trent Boult, Avesh Khan, Nandre Burger, Yuzvendra Chahal

Royal Challengers Bengaluru Probable XI: Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis (c), Cameron Green, Glenn Maxwell, Rajat Patidar, Dinesh Karthik, Anuj Rawat (wk), Mayank Dagar, Reece Topley, Mohammed Siraj, Yash Dayal
