Babar Azam overtakes Rohit Sharma for a massive record

Pakistan skipper Babar Azam has been in exceptional form in the shortest format of the game over the past few months. He has led from front in the T20I format, consistently demonstrating his abilities. Due to his great performance, Babar Azam recorded a terrific record, overtaking Indian skipper Rohit Sharma.
His recent performance in the second T20I against England helped him surpass Rohit Sharma to become the second leading run-scorer in T20Is.
During the match, Babar Azam scored 32 off 26, including four boundaries, to reach the milestone, however Pakistan lost the game by 23 runs to slump 0-1 in the four-match series. Their first game had been called off due to heavy rainfall.
As far as runs go, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma has scored 3974 runs in last 151 matches at a strike rate of 139.97. On the other hand, Babar Azam has amassed 3987 in 118 matches at a strike rate of 129.91. Batting supremo Virat Kohli leads the record with 4037 runs.
