Women's Asia Cup 2024: Faltering Bangladesh eye big win against Thailand

The eighth match of the Women’s T20I Asia Cup will witness the clash between Bangladesh Women and Thailand Women on Monday at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, Dambulla. Bangladesh Women are yet to open their winning account, while Thailand Women thumped Malaysia Women by 22 runs in their opening match.
Bangladesh Women suffered a seven-wicket defeat against Sri Lanka Women. For Bangladesh Women, a victory is desperately needed to provide a much-needed life to their crippling campaign. In the points table in group B, Bangladesh Women are positioned third in the points table with no point and a negative NRR of -1.091.
